Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are beautifully designed and equipped with plenty of bathroom amenities, a nice radio, and spacious closet space. Being a little hard to fully experience due to a blackout, the rooms still exude a lovely eco-friendly touch that made me feel cared for and environmentally conscious.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic with easy access to Upper East Side shopping and a short cab ride to the Upper West Side, but the in-room thermostat situation was a downside. The service was excellent, with staff going above and beyond, although the room had a few drawbacks like the elevator wait times on the 18th floor. The dining options were great despite the high price, especially the lobby and late afternoon snack. Overall, a good stay with some minor inconveniences.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was on the smaller side but remarkably comfortable, and the service was top-notch, contributing to making my stay 100% enjoyable. The location was perfectly situated near shopping spots and attractions, but the dining options left something to be desired.
My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms were real nice with wooden floors and filled with fair-trade artisan chocolates. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs with a lot of holiday spirit, making us feel truly valued guests. The location couldn't be better, right next to Central Park and close to all the major attractions. The dining was delicious, but a bit pricey. Overall, a fantastic experience with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers large, detailed rooms but comes at a high price. The service is friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Situated in a prime location for shopping and sightseeing, it provides a high-end eco-oasis. The dining experience varies in quality. Overall, a luxurious stay with some drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the room was incredibly tiny, the availability of fair-trade artisan chocolates through a special smartphone was a nice touch. The service, from the caring nature of the employees to their attentiveness throughout my stay, was top-notch. The location was fantastic, making it easy to move around the city, but the presence of a bright strobe light from the smoke detector was a downside. Dining at Jamz was good, but the prices were on the higher side. Overall, a stay with some pleasant surprises and a few drawbacks.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully designed and spotlessly clean, making for a cozy and comfortable retreat. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly friendly and going above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The location couldn't have been better, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and iconic attractions like Central Park. The dining options were delicious, though a bit pricey, and the facilities were excellent overall.
